No. You can explore published products without signing in. Creating an account helps you manage orders, run a business, or work as a Sales Agent.

Creating an account and browsing the marketplace does not require a join fee. Platform fees on completed sales follow the marketplace rules at checkout time.

Add products from one business to your cart, then checkout with your name and phone. You can check out as a guest or while signed in.

Orders currently use manual / cash-on-delivery style confirmation. The business confirms when payment is received, then fulfills the order.

Open Track order (/track), enter your order ID and the phone used at checkout to see a live fulfillment timeline. Signed-in buyers can also use My orders.

Create an account, then create a business from your dashboard. Publish products to appear in Explore and on your public shop page.

Verified businesses have completed UMUGINA’s trust review. Verification is a trust badge — it is not required to sell, but it helps customers recognize trusted shops.

Yes. Business owners and admins can invite teammates with roles so staff can help manage products and orders.

Agents promote eligible products with referral links. When attributed sales complete, commissions move through hold periods into available balance, then agents can request a withdrawal.

No. Sales Agent is a separate path. You can register as an agent from your account and browse opportunities across businesses.

Customers can leave reviews for businesses. Anyone signed in can report abusive content. Platform admins can hide or remove reviews that break the rules.

Use the report action on a review when available, or contact the business through the order details for fulfillment issues. Serious trust issues can be escalated through platform admin review.
